About:

Becky Jarnes grew up in Tennessee and was inspired to do anesthesia by her CRNA father (who retired from BMH in 2021.) After receiving her anesthesia degree in Nashville, she did travel anesthesia for 3 years before moving to Oregon and working in Portland since 2011. After meeting her husband and having their daughter - they decided rural Oregon was the best place to settle down close to family.

Becky has spent a couple years volunteering in other countries: Guyana and Chad, and traveled a lot pre-pandemic/family. Her favorite country being Egypt: which she's visited three times. In her free time she enjoys: skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, rock-climbing, writing, and spending time with her family.
