Dawnna Reed is a CNA who works with Home Health and Hospice patients as a bath aide. After working for 15 years in Portland with Maxim Home Health Agency, Holliday Park Plaza retirement facility, and Providence Hospital on the med/surgical wing, Dawnna moved to John Day to be closer to the family property in Galena on the Middle Fork of the John Day River.

Dawnna loves helping home health patients regain their independence in their home while recovering and helping hospice patients and their families be more comfortable as their illness progresses. She believes that all patients deserve to be treated with respect and to keep as much of their dignity as possible.

Dawnna graduated from Mt. Hood Community College and continued taking pre-nursing courses until she moved to John Day. Her hobbies include baking, music, spending time with family, and hanging out in Galena with her dogs.
