Elliot Sky is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who enjoys working with people from all walks of life. He helps get athletes back to competition shape, promotes the livelihood of those living with chronic pain, and improves people’s function after a stroke. He utilizes research-based techniques including joint mobilizations, myofascial release, and therapeutic exercise to name a few. Elliot was inspired to be a physical therapist when his father had open-heart surgery and Elliot helped him through his recovery. He has seen the impact that physical therapy has on people’s recovery from injury and is routinely impressed by what his patients are capable of overcoming.

Elliot is from the Portland, OR area and spent time between college degrees working for Americorps building houses in Jackson, Mississippi with Habitat for Humanity and doing fieldwork in the Willamette National Forest. Elliot has been working as a physical therapist at BMHD since 2017 and became the Rehabilitation Clinic Manager in 2021.

Elliot received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Regis University and Bachelor of Science at the University of Oregon. He enjoys hiking, reading, volleyball, traveling, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
