Erin Gosnell is a registered nurse who works as the Hospice Case Manager. Caring for individuals at the end of life and bringing joy and beauty to a painful situation is what Erin loves most about working in Hospice.

Erin has 13 years of nursing experience. She received her Associate’s Degree in nursing from Colby Community College in Colby, Kansas. She began her career in Home Health and Hospice in Burns in 2010. Erin in also a Certified Home Health and Hospice ICD-10 Coding Specialist through the Board of Medical Specialty Coding and Compliance.

Erin and her family moved to John Day in 2017. Her husband is the Pastor of First Baptist Church. Together they have three children; Taylor, Kaleb and Shayann.
