Our mission is to serve our residents with the love and dignity they deserve as well as provide them with the services that meet their specific needs. This can include intermediate-level medical and nursing care; restorative care and rehabilitative services with the goal of getting residents back to their own homes; and respite or adult day care.

Medical Care

We are staffed around the clock with nurses and certified professionals. They are some of the most caring individuals you will ever meet, determined to provide comforting, effective care. We also have direct access 24 hours a day to local physicians and to the staff of Blue Mountain Hospital. We design a customized care plan for each resident to ensure all needs are addressed.

Restorative Care

Many times, residents only need to stay a short time to get help recovering from an illness or injury. Our professionals provide restorative care and physical therapy programs with that goal in mind. With this service, residents have the peace of mind to know they are getting better - and that they will return to their own homes.

Respite Care

In addition to full-time care, the care center is licensed to provide respite or adult day care when families need regular or occasional daytime relief from caregiving.

Our Home

Residents can live in their own personally-decorated rooms or share with another resident. We maintain a clean, bright environment and have an excellent view of the beautiful Strawberry Mountain Wilderness. We are security conscious to protect our precious residents.

Programs

The Activity Department provides a steady calendar of events both at the care center and in the surrounding area to engage residents in entertaining and educational activities. We host barbecues, holiday parties, and picnics. We go on fishing trips and take summer drives through beautiful Grant County. There's no getting bored at Blue Mountain Care Center.

Barber and beautician services and transportation to appointments in the area help residents maintain as much independence as possible. Restorative Care with Rehabilitative Services

Our mission at the Blue Mountain Care Center is to provide our residents with the specific services they need. Although we offer advanced care options, often times residents only need to stay a short time to get help recovering from an illness or injury. To meet this need, we offer the option of Restorative Care with Rehabilitative Services.

Our professionals provide restorative care and physical therapy programs with that goal in mind. With this service, residents have the peace of mind to know they are getting better - and that they will return to their own homes.

The Activity Department provides entertaining and educational activities that residents can participate in during their stay for restorative care.

Our meals are prepared with a touch of "home cooking" while adhering to careful dietary standards. We provide barber and beautician services and handle transportation to appointments in the area.

Financial

Our affordable rates make Blue Mountain Care Center an easy choice for many residents. We are Medicaid-certified but do not provide Medicare service. We will work with residents and their families to establish the service level most suitable.
