Position Summary
Blue Mountain Hospital District, a Rural Health Clinic and Critical Access Hospital, is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a permanent, full-time position. This is an opportunity to join a progressive rural health care organization and work with an experienced medical staff consisting of five Medicine Physicians, two Nurse Practitioners, one General Surgeon, and two CRNA’s.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Traditional Full Spectrum Family Medicine in a Rural Health Clinic.
  • Duties consist of providing continuous care and management of common and important clinical problems encountered in a primary care setting.
  • This ideal candidate will possess or be willing to obtain current Oregon licensure, Oregon DEA, and BLS.
  • A high level of energy and ability to adjust to different-paced environments and care settings is a plus
  • Candidates must exhibit behavior, which emphasizes integrity, trust, kindness, and concern for the community.
Work Schedule
  • Work schedule consisting of 40 hours per week in clinic.
  • No on-call or weekends

  • Base Clinic Salary depending on experience and certification
